DESIGN STAFF
Qualification/s:

- BS Architecture/Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics & Communications/Civil/Computer Engineering graduates
- Not more than  27 years of age
- Knowledge in AUTO CAD an advantage but not required
- With good communication and computer skills
- Fresh graduate applicants will undergo training for (2) months


ENGINEERING STAFF
Qualification/s:

- BS Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communications and Civil engineering graduates
- Male, Not more than 30 years of age
- Experience in Shipbuilding/Ship Repair companies an advantage
- Computer Literate and with good communication skills
- Can work under a pressure driven environment


PROJECT COORDINATOR
Qualification/s:

- Male, Not more than 35 years of age
- Law graduate or any four year business related course, preferably from a reputable school
- With at least 2 years related experience
- With good family background
- Familiar with SBMA organization
- Knows important people and community as a whole


ADMIN STAFF
Qualification/s:

- Not more than 30 years of age
- College Graduate
- With at least 2 years related experience either on Accounting//HR / or General Affairs
- Literate in Computer Operations


HR SPECIALIST
Qualification/s:

- Above 40 years of age but not more than 50 years of age
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any Business related course
- With at least 5 years related experience  
- With excellent communication skills
- Computer Literate
